Toni Dreier, Founder and President

Toni holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Studio Art from the University of La Verne where she graduated with departmental honors and cum laude.  She worked as a mental health counselor specializing in body image, self-esteem, and depression.  While at Prescott College, she completed a thesis on the growth and development of adolescent girls, including: body image, personal safety, and wellness.  In addition, she has worked in fundraising and executive management for several California non-profit organizations and is the Founder and CEO of Dream Believe Achieve a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation. 

Toni has over 19 years of experience in cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics.  She has participated as a student, competitor, and coach.  Toni believes that cheer provides a unique opportunity for youth to grow physically and mentally, improving health, wellness, and therefore, quality of life.  Currently, Toni is the head coach at a California high school and has also coached at an all-star gym in central California.





Alyssa Biondi, Program Coordinator

Alyssa is an all-around athlete, competing in volleyball, track, and cheer.  She is a natural leader and motivates those around her.  Alyssa was athlete of the year her junior year at Los Altos High School, ran four years of varsity track, and was captain of the varsity volleyball team.  For the past four years she has worked as a counselor at the Fremont Hills Country Club supporting and inspiring youth.



Matthew Davis, PV Camp Director

Matthew is an award winning cheerleader, partner stunter, and coach.  He currently is the head coach of a California high school and also is the tumbling coach of a bay area school.  Matthew has coached level 4 and 5 teams and tumbling at the all-star level.  In addition, he was an NCA camp instructor and UCA all-star member.  Matt continues to compete in partner stunting as well as coaching.  Matthew works at a respected law firm in Watsonville, CA.
